Beginning in pregnancy, we meet prenatally to build trust, explore your desires and intentions for birth, and prepare your body, mind, and spirit for the journey ahead. From 38 to 42 weeks, I remain on call to support you as labor unfolds. During birth, my role is to offer continuous, compassionate presence. This may include physical comfort, grounding touch, breath support, advocacy, reassurance, and intuitive guidance, always honoring your choices, your pace, and your inner wisdom. Whether you are birthing at home, in a birth center, or in a hospital setting, support is rooted in respect, consent, and deep listening.

Postpartum sessions are included to support your transition after birth. These visits create space for integration, rest, nourishment, emotional support, and gentle womb-centered care as you settle into life with your baby. Postpartum is honored as a sacred and vulnerable time, deserving of tenderness, patience, and community care.

Bengkung belly binding is a traditional postpartum practice that offers physical and energetic support to the womb and abdominal space after birth. This session focuses on gently wrapping and supporting the belly to encourage stability, promote a sense of containment, and support recovery.

This practice is often sought to support core reconnection, comfort, and grounding in the postpartum body, while honoring the closing of the pregnancy and birth cycle with intention and care.

This deeply personalized session is created to support a wide range of womb transitions, including loss, abortion, trauma, fertility journeys, perimenopause, menopause, and other significant life passages. Each session is intuitively guided and uniquely crafted based on your needs.

Support may include a blend of womb sobada, yoni steaming, cerrando las caderas (closing of the bones), rebozo support, meditation, guided movement medicine, breathwork, and ritual. This offering creates space for release, integration, and reconnection with your body and inner wisdom.

Pelvic steaming is a gentle form of hydrotherapy that offers warmth and herbal support to the womb space. This session invites relaxation, circulation, and intentional connection with the womb space/pelvic area.

Each session includes a small 2 oz bag of herbs for your steam, with larger quantities available for purchase. This offering is held in a calm, supportive environment and may be used as part of ongoing womb care or during moments of transition and reflection.

Placenta processing is offered with care, respect, and intention, honoring the placenta as a sacred organ that supported life. This service includes encapsulation and a placenta guide to support informed and mindful use.
